General Optics-Taunton, UK, has been producing precision beryllium mirrors and structures for over a decade. Founded in 1937 as Avimo Ltd., the company was recently acquired by GSI Group Corporation.

We offer the following services and can process a verity of Brush Wellman Beryllium and beryllium composites including AlBeMet 162, E20, E40, and E60. We can also process silicon carbide at our facility. Our state of the art production facility is ISO9001:2000 and AS 9100B certified.
